for metal to create sparks, it would have to run, not roll, along the pavement(like when one strikes a match, making it run on the rough surface).
also, the gas wouldn’t all come out at once, for when the can hits the ground it’s more likely to dent, and have a little come out at time until its settled, where more would come out, not enough to light from sparks.
therefore the can wouldn’t blow up.
